Longtime Healthcare Communications Pro Joins North Hills Team

Randy Sachs named Director of PR and Community Outreach

 

Randy Sachs, a longtime healthcare marketing and communications professional, has been named as the director of public relations and community outreach for North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills.

In his role at North Hills Hospital, Sachs will be responsible for internal and external communications and community engagement, including sponsorships, speakers, and event planning. .

“We are thrilled to have Randy as part of the team,” says Randy Moresi, CEO of North Hills Hospital, “He brings a wealth of experience that will help improve our mission to serve the surrounding community.”

Sachs has over 20 years of hospital and physician group PR and communications experience.  He was most recently the media relations manager for Children’s Health and Children’s Medical Center Dallas.  Sachs has also handled communications and marketing for Cook Children’s Medical Center, the UNT Health Science Center’s physician group, and Urology Associates of North Texas.

“I’m very excited about the opportunity to work with North Hills Hospital and become engaged in the hospital’s long-standing commitment to the community’s health,” Sachs says.

Sachs received his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. He is also an accredited and certified member of the American Society of Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations of the American Hospital Association.
