9-hour two day R.A.D. class for women includes awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance instruction with hands-on self-defense training. This is not a martial arts class. No experience is necessary. Any woman can learn these effective techniques! Includes the R.A.D. lifetime return and practice policy allowing all former students to attend future R.A.D. Basic Self-Defense classes anywhere in the world at no additional cost. This session will be held in ONE weekend on Saturday/Sunday, September 8 and 9, each day from 1:30p.m.-6:00p.m. Maximum class size is 10 to allow each person plenty of time to practice techniques.
