 ions software to hotels in over 170 countries globally. Before joining Sab
 re\, Clinton was co-founder of Emerson/Anderson\, a private investment fun
 d focused on small-cap acquisitions. He was also a partner at Bain & Compa
 ny where he worked for 18 years specializing in growth strategy and operat
 ional improvement programs\, serving clients in consumer products\, techno
 logy and transportation in North America\, Europe and Asia. Clinton holds
  an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the U
 niversity of Alberta. He currently resides in Southlake\, Texas with his f
